How do I know which service I need?

USAI is for focused fixes and updates to an existing website. BISAIKAN is for a broader revamp or a new website. The free consultation helps confirm which option and scope fit your needs.

How long will my website take?

It depends on the approved design, scope, content readiness, feedback turnaround and available project capacity. You will receive an estimated delivery schedule before work begins.

How does payment work?

The consultation is free. After the design direction and scope are agreed, you receive a fixed project quotation. Projects typically begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance payable before final launch or handover. Changes outside the approved scope are quoted separately.

Do you only build Wix websites?

No. The platform depends on the requirement and what makes sense for the project.

Do I need to provide my own content?

Generally, yes. You provide the business information, copy and images; BISAIKAN can help organise and present them effectively.

What happens after launch?

Projects include seven days of post-launch support for implementation issues. Further changes can be assessed and quoted separately.
